The Robin Hood Pantomine

On Friday night the teachers surprised us by secretly buying tickets to Roger Hall's Robin Hood the Pantomime. It was very funny. I recommend it if your in wellington!
In this picture they called the children to the stage to become the crowd for their joust!

The Edge

The Edge pulls you in very quickly, the cover personally doesn't draw you in enough to get a lot of readers to read the book (but I suppose you can't judge a book by its cover). If I was to say what age of readers were to read this book, I would say 11 and up because some of the themes wouldn't fit good with younger readers.

The Edge is about a dark skinned boy called Danny and his mother Cathy who are running away from Chris, Cathy's husband . They run to Cathy's parents house, the promised land.

Out of 5 stars I give this book a 3 star rating

HANDS

Last Friday for art the Senior Room did visual illustrations of their hand(s).
We got inspired by a famous artist named Albrecht Durer who we saw on the internet.
The learning intention of the lesson was to draw what you see, not what you think you see.
We are proud of our art and have posted some of them on our blog for you.
