Final Night at School for 2009

Prizegiving. Spotlight. Sardines. Star-Man (aka Roger). DVD and all the Senior Class sleeping over in the classroom on the final school night for 2009. And in the morning, it was breakfast time with some fabulous pikelets from Flora's Mum. A great way to finish off the year! Ka mau te wehi!!

CHESS OFF!

Black Queen to B6. White Knight to C7...or something like that! This was the scene in the Senior Room this afternoon as we tried to suss out the champion Year 5/6 chess player to compete in the Tasman Chess Open tomorrow. We are planning to send two players there who will battle it out to become the local champ! Good luck boys!
